Shipping policy
Delivery
All products are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. When an order is placed on business days, it is usually delivered within 2-4 business days. We process orders continuously and strive for fast and convenient delivery. We use PostNord to distribute our goods.
Return
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial reimbursement is granted. Any item that is not returned in its original state, has been opened, or otherwise damaged, cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us undamaged.
How to exchange or return items:
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item:

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over 1000 kr, you should consider using a traceable shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Complaints
Do not accept goods that have a transport damage. When you receive an item or sign that it has been received, you automatically approve that the item is in good condition. If you would like to return or make a complaint about your product, please send an e-mail to contact@bakskincare.com and state the reason, include your order number and documentation, if possible.
Refund
When we receive your returned item, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received it. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund as soon as we have reviewed your reason and documentation.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be transferred to your credit card or original payment method.
